Looking for some TLC for your bike, then why not have one of our Cytech level 3 technicians give your bike the love and attention it deserves. We offer a full range of services using Genuine parts.  As we operate and maintain a full hire fleet of Dawes, Merida and Forme bikes as well as Squish kids bikes. Giving us the experiences and knowledge for over 25+ years of bikes. we are also a fully Recognised Bosch E-bike diagnostics centre, If your looking for that pre summer ride service or wanting to prep it for winter hibernation, we will be able to help with most of your biking needs.

Please ring the centre in advance to check availability and to book in for your service.

Once your bike has been dropped off our mechanic will carry out a preservice check to see if any new parts are required. They will contact you before fitting new parts to check you are happy for the work to be carried out and confirm the cost of the parts. Some parts may need to be ordered so may take a few days to be delivered before they can be fitted.

Basic Service - £40

Check brake and cables for wear

Check Hydraulic brake pressure 

Check gears and adjust indexing as required, lubricate cables and chain if required.

Check headset for wear and adjust as required.

Check wheels for play

Check tyre inflation

Check pedals and cranks/bottom bracket for play.

Any additional work needed will be charged and will need prior approval before been carried out.

Additional charge for cleaning dirty/muddy bikes

Full Service - £60

Check brakes and cables for wear 

Check Hydraulic brake pressure and top up and bleed if required

Lubricate brake pivots

Check gears and adjust indexing as required, lubricate cables and chain if required

Check cassette chain and chain rings for wear

Check bottom bracket for play

Check headset for wear and clean, re-grease and adjust.

Check wheels for true and condition, check bearings, re-grease if required.

Check tyre condition

Check all bolts

Any additional work needed will be charged and will need prior approval before been carried out.
